May 2018 “No Pressure” Meal Plan

I can’t believe this is actually working for me! My April meal plan was a success so I’m going to continue this month with more meal ideas and a few snacks that are my must-haves. This month we start our summer break, and I plan on doing a lot more cooking and baking with the kids. I’ve also stepped up my game when it comes to snacks for me and for the kids. I’m in love with Clean Eats and Treats on Instagram. Her snack drawer is amazing and full of healthy on the go foods for the whole family. I love the convenience of having everything ready for us to grab and head out to the park or the zoo this Summer!

Like I mentioned last month, my meal plan in not in any order of what I will cook. Basically I could start with any meal I feel like at the moment. I do make a weekly meal plan so I know what items to shop for that week. I’ve put all the recipes below in a Pinterest board if you want to check out everything at one glance.
